On her Mind set before her torture workout: "Now before I work out," she says, "I think, 'I love exercise' – and it works."
On her big motivator, personal trainer Christopher Hebert: “He’s cute, which makes it fun, and he never lets our exercise session get boring.”
On eating healthy: “I’ve found I’m definitely eating better since I started working out more rigorously. It kind of happened naturally. I don’t really crave junk food that often now.”
On always being skinny petite: “I was always super thin — too skinny, actually. I felt like someone could break me in half.”
