Southeast Asian Foundation for Children and Television presented and recognize once again the best kid-friendly TV programs and personalities via The Anak TV Seal Award.

It promotes media literacy, and pushes the agenda for child-sensitive, family-friendly television in the Philippines.

Like last year 2007, ABS-CBN dominates the this years honor roll.
