Alyssa Milano has a stalker : "I fear for my personal safety, and that of my family and friends."

Another stalker news, Alyssa Milano is seeking the courts help due to an "obsessed mentally unstable celebrity stalker fan."

According to TMZ, Alyssa filed a restraining order request in L.A. County Superior Court against 54-year-old Jeff Turner. She claims, "repeatedly shown up to my place of residence ... hiking miles through the hills to reach my property, bypassing personal security measures and gates surrounding my property, trespassing on my property, and attempting to gain entry into my home."

"I fear for my personal safety, and that of my family and friends."

The hearing is schedule on January 21, 2009..
