Tommy Lee Jones has chosen to sue the producers of his movie "No Country for Old Men" rather than use Javier Bardem's (Anton Chigurh) captive bolt pistol stunner. A 10 million lawsuit was been filed.
Reportedly, after the awards and the success of the said film he was promised a "significant box-office bonuses" but the sad news is he hasn't received any bonuses.
In the lawsuit via TMZ, Tommy says Paramount Pictures paid a reduced upfront fee for him to be apart of the film -- but says the studio needs to shell out a hell of a lot more dough -- now that the film is an Oscar winning hit.
