This will be a measuring gauge for the acting talents of the Philippines' reigning primetime King and Queen in pure straight drama. GMA-7 will present a classic remake which is schedule to begin late December this year and is set to air on February 2009.

Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera topbills Carlo J. Caparas’ “Ang Babaing Hinugot Sa Aking Tadyang”. It is an upcoming TV adaptation of the 1981 komiks-to-movie suspense drama of the same name that originally starred Vivian "Ms. Body Beautiful" Velez and icon actor Eddie Garcia.
