Alan Panettiere is now charged with misdemeanor

Alan Panettiere, father of Animal advocate and "Heroes" star Hayden Panettiere is now charged with misdemeanor battery of his wife last month and he is now facing a year in jail.

Alan was arrested last August after he allegedly struck his wife Lesley at their West Hollywood home that causes some bruise on Lesley's cheeks.
