Radio DJ Adam Sevalia of 107.5 The River radio station is in trouble after leaking 40 seconds of Britney Spears upcoming new single "Womanizer". After its released, it bombard all over the net.
Adam is reportedly suspended from the radio station for illegally playing the track during his show.
Reports that KIIS and Z100 are the only two radio stations that have the right to play the track on September 22nd. Other radio stations will only be able to play the track on October 7.
107.5 The River will have to pay a $250 000 charge to JIVE Records for leaking the song.
UPDATE: 107.5 post an entry on their site saying:
Britney's new song
"Sorry guys they made us take the new single, "Womanizer", down. Keep checking back for updates."
