60th Annual Primetime Emmy hits all-time ratings low

The 60th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards maybe one of the funniest emmy's but it seems viewers is not interested on the event.

60th Emmys hit all-time ratings low with 12.2 million viewers in the three-hour ABC broadcast. It is the lowest in Nielsen's recorded People Meter history.

The broadcast last year in Fox recorded the second lowest with 13 million.
