FHM Philippines released the final results of their 100 Sexiest Women in the World and this year's winner is indeed a surprise because she never been a cover girl of FHM magazine.
The results was sent via Pinoy Entertainment Portal (PEP) and it confirmed that the no.1 sexiest Filipina is GMA's Dyesebel star/primetime queen Marian Rivera. In the second spot is 2-time former no.1 Katrina Halili and in the third spot is ABS-CBN's Angel Locsin (also former no.1 sexiest in 2005).

1st Marian Rivera - 316,135 votes
2nd Katrina Halili - 123,239 votes
3rd Angel Locsin - 121,388 votes
Meanwhile, this year's global winner is Megan Fox. The July issue of FHM will reveal the complete and official list of FHM 100 Sexiest.
