Some of the spectators in the boxing events were Jay-Z, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jim Belushi, Simon Cowell, Bruce Willis, Sylvester Stallone, Tom Jones and Whitney Houston.
An after-fight dinner celebration was held at Strip House in the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
