Mischa Barton declined to joined the cast of Gossip Girl.
It was reported by TV guide that Mischa is joining the CW drama and she will play the role as Georgina Sparks, an old friend of reformed party girl but her rep tells Usmagazine, “She will not be on the show. She was approached, but her reps passed.”
Recently, She was formally charge for 4 violation by L.A. District Attorney.
