2008 Japan Gold Disc Awards List of Winners

The 22nd Japan Gold Disc Awards were presented on Tuesday in Tokyo. EXILE won Artist of the Year and the Album of the Year, "EXILE LOVE." The winners are based on sales.

In Foreign Artists category, Avril Lavigne bagged Artist of the Year and four more awards. Ne-Yo's "Because of You" won PC Download Song of the Year.

GReeeeN was named New Artist of the Year, and their "Aiuta" won Chaku-Uta Song of the Year. Hikaru Utada picked up Single of the Year with "Flavor of Life."
