Family moments: "When I was still living with my folks, I'd go to my brother's room whenever I had a bad day—dun na ako matutulog. Now that I live alone, I miss them so much. Learn to appreciate the simplest things you do with your family, [and] create 'moments' with them before you start living your own life."
Your parents work hard to pay for your schooling; don't waste it. "There's something far worse than being pressured to do well in your studies: not being in school at all. Ngayon ko lang na-appreciate yung education ko dahil hindi na ako nag-aaral. And now that I'm working, I realize how hard it is to earn the money your parents spend on you."
