The young girl from Philippines has the charisma, the vocal talent and the personality to move the audience. Charice Pempengco, age 15, a finalist of ABS-CBN’s Little Big Star (Big Division) amazed the audience and televiewers of Star King (a Korean tv show) last month. She performs “And I Am Telling You (I’m Not Going”). Many are calling her as the "Little Whitney Houston."
