Actress/Governor Vilma Santos in a interview said that she has no plans to run for higher office in 2010. Rumors that some groups are eyeing/planning to invite the veteran actress to run for Vice President position.

Do you know that the people around her (Dijan, Montealto, Librado, Guce) are the most hated people in the Batangas Capitol? Librado Dimaunahan (former priest) is so corrupt that he reportedly manipulated a bidding and formed a corporation with a dummy for him? She can't even control her own group! And it's true, Vilma is almost always nowhere. And the four are the ones running the show, not her. She's unreacheable! Good for photo ops only but otherwise an empty shell! Paging all media people, why don't you expose her for the ignoramus that she is. Insiders would also tell you that discussions have to be brought down to the level of a fifth grader just for her to catch up with the concepts! Ask also the municipal reps present when she said "dapat binoto nyo si Ralph sa senado, di ko lahat kaya gawin yan." Golly... Poor Batangas...
