Elin Nordegren breaks her silence about her ex-husband's cheating escapades in her recent interview on People Magazine. Now, Tiger Woods expressed his sadness and admitted his mistakes during a press conference at The Barclays golf tournament in NJ.

"I wish her the best in everything," he said. "It's a sad time in our lives. And we're looking forward to how we can help our kids the best way we possibly can. And that's the most important thing."

Elin Nordegren Breaks her Silence: "I've been through hell!"

With her divorce with Tiger Woods is now finally over, Elin Nordegren is now breaking her silence about her ex-husband's cheating escapades, being "blindsided" by his multiple affair, her future plans and many more... People mag got all juicy interview!!

Elin shared, "I have been through the stages of disbelief and shock, to anger and ultimately grief over the loss of the family I so badly wanted for my children. I also feel stronger than I ever have. I have confidence in my beliefs, my decisions and myself."

No more turning back for controversial golfer Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren Woods for their marriage is now finally over! Florida’s Bay County Circuit Court executed the finality of their divorce.

Ms. Nordegren and Mr. Woods issued this joint statement:

We are sad that our marriage is over and we wish each other the very best for the future. Tiger Woods still no.1 in “Fortunate 50”; Matthew Stafford at no. 11

Despite the sex-cheating scandal and endorsement being dropped (Gatorade, AT&T, and Accenture), controversial golfer Tiger Woods is still the richest athlete in America in Sports Illustrated seventh annual “Fortunate 50” 2010 list.

Tiger Woods takes the top spot with $90 million followed by fellow golfer Phil Mickelson with $61 million. At third spot is Floyd "Pretty Boy" Mayweather Jr., a million short against Mickelson, $60,250,000.

Tiger's endorsement income fell by about $22 million following his admission of infidelity, from $92,000,000 last year to $70,000,00 this year.

Quarterback Matthew Stafford is No. 11, due to salary and other bonuses in which the Detroit Lions will pay out to their rookie quarterback this year, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2009 NFL draft. He earned $27.65 million, ($750,000 comes from endorsements).

The list is consists of 50 highest-earning American athletes, based on salary, winnings, endorsements and appearance fees.

Elin Nordegren to receive $100 million on Tiger Woods divorce!?; Payment for her Silence

The news about Elin Nordegren getting whopping $750 million from her soon-to-be ex-husband Tiger Woods is just a blink of imagination but her silence and freedom is worth $100 million.

TMZ explains, "There have been reports Elin would score $750 million, but we have confirmed that figure is wrong. Indeed, as we first reported, Tiger is not even worth $750 million. We're told his net worth is somewhere between $500 and $600 million."

The new figure is more than Elin would have received under the prenup and she will still receive child support.

$100 million is the reasonable worth of payment for the humiliations that Tiger Woods did to her ex-wife Elin with his cheating escapade with strippers and hookers.

Tiger doesn't want to go to trial and put his dirty secrets to blow out of proportion.

Upon signing, there will be a "confidentiality clause" as part of their divorce settlement. Elin Nordegren must keep her silence --no interview about their separation and no future tell-all book.

Controversial golfer Tiger Woods is being accused as the father of Austin James (son of his mistress Devon James) but the DNA paternity test in 2002 established that Tiger Woods has no relation to the boy. The paternity test is reportedly is "a part of a child support battle."

Devon James still claims that Tiger is the father of her 9-year-old son and she filed a paternity action against him to further "legally establish who is the father of the child."

The intriguing thing is the boy looks like Tiger.

Tiger Woods withdraws from The Players Championship due to injury

Controversial troubled golfer Tiger Woods withdrew from The Players Championship and it is reportedly due to a bulging disk in his upper back.

Woods told reporters , "I've been playing with a bad neck for quite a while. I've been playing through it. I can't play through it any more."

It is Tiger's third tournament since his serial cheating broke out. Woods finish fourth at the Masters, then missed the cut at Quail Hollow with the second-highest round (79) and the highest 36-hole score (153) of his PGA Tour career. Now dropping out at TPC.

Tiger Woods wants some time off!

After finishing fourth at the 2010 Masters (his first tournament since making headlines with his scandalous illicit affairs), Tiger Woods will be taking some time off!

During his interviewed on CBS, Tiger said: "Today I had a two-way miss, and it's kind of tough to play when you got that, when you don't know which way it's going to go. I'm going to take a little time off and kind of re-evaluate things."

Woods has won the Master four times, and he also has never placed less than sixth since his game in 2004.

The 74th Masters Tournament is won by Phil Mickelson.

Tiger Woods ESPN Interview (Transcript, VIDEO); "I've done some pretty bad things in my life"

Feeling the guilt for doing "some pretty bad things", controversial Golfer Tiger Woods gave his first interview over the highly publicized incident last year and the "low points" he is enduring over the sex scandal/infidelities.

Tiger was interviewed by ESPN's Tom Rinaldi in Windermere, Florida. [Transcript of the interview and Video below]

Transcript:

Rinaldi: What's the difference between the man who left Augusta national a year ago and the one who is about to return?

Woods: A lot has transpired in my life. A lot of ugly things have happened. Things that.....I've done some pretty bad things in my life. And uh, all came to a head. But now, after treatment, going for inpatient treatment for 45 days and more outpatient treatment, I'm getting back to my old roots.

Rinaldi: For a lot of people, the spark of those bad things is Nov. 27. Early that day, what happened?

Woods: Well, it's all in the police report. Beyond that, everything's between Elin and myself and that's private.

Rinaldi: Why did you lose control of the car?

Woods: As I said ... that's between Elin and myself.

Rinaldi: If it's a private matter, why issue a public apology?

Woods: Well, I owe a lot of people an apology. I hurt a lot of people. Not just my wife. My friends, my colleagues, the public, kids who looked up to me. There were a lot of people that thought I was a different person and my actions were not according to that. That's why I had to apologize. I was so sorry for what I had done.

Rinaldi: You've said you've made transgressions. How would you, in your own words, describe the depth of your infidelity?

Woods: Well, just one is, is enough. And obviously that wasn't the case, and I've made my mistakes. And as I've said, I've hurt so many people, and so many people I have to make an amends to, and that's living a life of amends.

Rinaldi: You said you were in treatment. The simple question is, for what?

Woods: That's a private matter as well. But I can tell you what, it was tough, it was really tough to look at yourself in a light that you never want to look at yourself, that's pretty brutal.

Rinaldi: What'd you see?

Woods: I saw a person that I never thought I would ever become.

Rinaldi: Who was that?

Woods: Well, I had gotten away from my core values as I said earlier. I'd gotten away from my Buddhism. And I quit meditating. I quit doing all the things that my mom and dad had taught me. And as I said earlier in my statement, I felt entitled, and that is not how I was raised.

Rinaldi: Why not seek treatment before all of this came out?

Woods: Well, I didn't know I was that bad. I didn't know that I was that bad.

Rinaldi: How did you learn that? How did you learn it?

Woods: Stripping away denial, rationalization. You strip all that away and you find the truth.

Rinaldi: How do you reconcile your behavior with your view of marriage?

Woods: That's living a life of amends and that's just working at it each and every day.

Rinaldi: Given all that's happened, what's your measure of success at Augusta?

Woods: Well, playing is one thing. I'm excited to get back and play. I'm excited to get to see the guys again. I really miss a lot of my friends out there. I miss competing. But still, I still have a lot more treatment to do, and just because I'm playing, doesn't mean I'm gonna stop going to treatment.

Rinaldi: What reception are you expecting from fans?

Woods: I don't know. I don't know. I'm a little nervous about that to be honest with you.

Rinaldi: How much do you care?

Woods: It would be nice to hear a couple claps here and there. But also hope they clap for birdies, too.

Rinaldi: Eleven months ago, here at Isleworth, I asked you, 'How well does the world know you?' What's your answer to that now?

Woods: A lot better now. I was living a life of a lie. I really was. And I was doing a lot of things, like I said, that hurt a lot of people. And stripping away denial and rationalization you start coming to the truth of who you really are and that can be very ugly. But then again, when you face it and you start conquering it and you start living up to it. The strength that I feel now, I've never felt that type of strength.

Rinaldi: In the last four months, Tiger, what's been the low point?

Woods: I've had a lot of low points. Just when I didn't think it could get any lower, it got lower.

Rinaldi: An example?

Woods: When I was in treatment, out of treatment, before I went in, there were so many different low points. People I had to talk and face like my wife, like my mom.

Rinaldi: What was that moment like, either one?

Woods: They both have been brutal. They've both been very tough. Because I hurt them the most. Those are the two people in my life who I'm closest to and to say the things that I've done, truthfully to them, is ... honestly ... was ... very painful.

Rinaldi: What was your wife's reaction when you sat down and had that first conversation?
Woods: She was hurt, she was hurt. Very hurt. Shocked. Angry. And, you know, she had every right to be and I'm as disappointed as everyone else in my own behavior because I can't believe I actually did that to the people I loved.

Rinaldi: I ask this question respectfully, but of course at a distance from your family life. When you look at it now, why did you get married?

Woods: Why? Because I loved her. I loved Elin with everything I have. And that's something that makes me feel even worse, that I did this to someone I loved that much.

Rinaldi: How do you reconcile what you've done with that love?

Woods: We work at it.

Tiger Woods will play at The Masters (FULL Statement)

Controversial golfer Tiger Woods has announced that he will be competing again to return to his winning ways and he will be playing at The Masters next month (Augusta National Golf Club).

Tiger Woods's Statement.....

The Masters is where I won my first major and I view this tournament with great respect. After a long and necessary time away from the game, I feel like I'm ready to start my season at Augusta.

The major championships have always been a special focus in my career and, as a professional, I think Augusta is where I need to be, even though it's been a while since I last played.

I have undergone almost two months of inpatient therapy and I am continuing my treatment. Although I'm returning to competition, I still have a lot of work to do in my personal life.

When I finally got into a position to think about competitive golf again, it became apparent to me that the Masters would be the earliest I could play. I called both Joe Lewis and Arnold Palmer and expressed my regrets for not attending the Tavistock Cup and the Arnold Palmer Invitational. I again want to thank them both for their support and their understanding. Those are fantastic tournaments and I look forward to competing in them again.

I would also like to thank the Augusta National members and staff for their support. I have deep appreciation for everything that they do to create a wonderful event for the benefit of the game.

Woods gave a public apology last month for his infidelities with different women and he is currently working on saving his marriage to Elin Nordegren (Elin Woods).

South Park takes on Tiger Woods controversy (preview clip)

South Park is now taking a swing on Tiger Woods and his highly-publicized sex addiction in the opening episode of its 14th season on Wednesday (March 17). The controversial golfer will have to deal with Stan, Kyle, Kenny and Cartman about his infidelity.

"It's such an important issue in America right now — the sex addiction outbreak," show creator Matt Stone told the Associated Press Friday. "We're all really concerned about him and hope he gets better."

Stone thinks that the scandals and the events surrounds Tiger can create comic materials for an entire season.

South Park is set to air its 200th episode in April.

Gatorade officially ends deal with Tiger Woods

Gatorade will not be refueling the energy of Tiger Woods anymore. The sports drink company officially cut their endorsement deal with the embattled golfer.

Gatorade spokeswoman told the Associated Press, "I can confirm that we no longer see a role for Tiger in our marketing efforts and have ended our relationship. We wish Tiger all the best."

However, Gatorade will continue its partnership with Wood's charitable foundation.

The sincerity of Wood's first public apology is being questioned by many people and it seems Gatarade realize that the public is not buying his apology.

Tiger was already been dropped by Gillette and global consulting firm Accenture.

Controversial golfer Tiger Woods finally spoke about his infamous cheating scandal during his highly-prepared small press conference.

Tiger expressed his deep regrets about his illicit affairs and he apologized to his wife Elin, family, sponsors and fans. He admitted, "I was unfaithful. I had affairs. I cheated" and his actions are "irresponsible and selfish."

He reveals that after the press conference, he will get "more treatment and more therapy."

Also in his speech Tiger denies using "performance enhancing drugs" and he wants the paparazzi to "leave my wife and kids alone."

[PGA TOUR: TIGER WOODS STATEMENT via ASAP Sports]
Good morning, and thank you for joining me. Many of you in this room are my friends. Many of you in this room know me. Many of you have cheered for me or you've worked with me or you've supported me.

Now every one of you has good reason to be critical of me. I want to say to each of you, simply and directly, I am deeply sorry for my irresponsible and selfish behavior I engaged in.

I know people want to find out how I could be so selfish and so foolish. People want to know how I could have done these things to my wife Elin and to my children. And while I have always tried to be a private person, there are some things I want to say.

Elin and I have started the process of discussing the damage caused by my behavior. As Elin pointed out to me, my real apology to her will not come in the form of words; it will come from my behavior over time. We have a lot to discuss; however, what we say to each other will remain between the two of us.

I am also aware of the pain my behavior has caused to those of you in this room. I have let you down, and I have let down my fans. For many of you, especially my friends, my behavior has been a personal disappointment. To those of you who work for me, I have let you down personally and professionally. My behavior has caused considerable worry to my business partners.

To everyone involved in my foundation, including my staff, board of directors, sponsors, and most importantly, the young students we reach, our work is more important than ever. Thirteen years ago, my dad and I envisioned helping young people achieve their dreams through education. This work remains unchanged and will continue to grow. From the Learning Center students in Southern California to the Earl Woods scholars in Washington, D.C., millions of kids have changed their lives, and I am dedicated to making sure that continues.

But still, I know I have bitterly disappointed all of you. I have made you question who I am and how I could have done the things I did. I am embarrassed that I have put you in this position.

For all that I have done, I am so sorry.

I have a lot to atone for, but there is one issue I really want to discuss. Some people have speculated that Elin somehow hurt or attacked me on Thanksgiving night. It angers me that people would fabricate a story like that. Elin never hit me that night or any other night. There has never been an episode of domestic violence in our marriage, ever. Elin has shown enormous grace and poise throughout this ordeal. Elin deserves praise, not blame.

The issue involved here was my repeated irresponsible behavior. I was unfaithful. I had affairs. I cheated. What I did is not acceptable, and I am the only person to blame.

I stopped living by the core values that I was taught to believe in. I knew my actions were wrong, but I convinced myself that normal rules didn't apply. I never thought about who I was hurting. Instead, I thought only about myself. I ran straight through the boundaries that a married couple should live by. I thought I could get away with whatever I wanted to. I felt that I had worked hard my entire life and deserved to enjoy all the temptations around me. I felt I was entitled. Thanks to money and fame, I didn't have to go far to find them.

I was wrong. I was foolish. I don't get to play by different rules. The same boundaries that apply to everyone apply to me. I brought this shame on myself. I hurt my wife, my kids, my mother, my wife's family, my friends, my foundation, and kids all around the world who admired me.

I've had a lot of time to think about what I've done. My failures have made me look at myself in a way I never wanted to before. It's now up to me to make amends, and that starts by never repeating the mistakes I've made. It's up to me to start living a life of integrity.

I once heard, and I believe it's true, it's not what you achieve in life that matters; it's what you overcome. Achievements on the golf course are only part of setting an example. Character and decency are what really count.

Parents used to point to me as a role model for their kids. I owe all those families a special apology. I want to say to them that I am truly sorry.

It's hard to admit that I need help, but I do. For 45 days from the end of December to early February, I was in inpatient therapy receiving guidance for the issues I'm facing. I have a long way to go. But I've taken my first steps in the right direction.

As I proceed, I understand people have questions. I understand the press wants to ask me for the details and the times I was unfaithful. I understand people want to know whether Elin and I will remain together. Please know that as far as I'm concerned, every one of these questions and answers is a matter between Elin and me. These are issues between a husband and a wife.

Some people have made up things that never happened. They said I used performance-enhancing drugs. This is completely and utterly false. Some have written things about my family. Despite the damage I have done, I still believe it is right to shield my family from the public spotlight. They did not do these things; I did.

I have always tried to maintain a private space for my wife and children. They have been kept separate from my sponsors, my commercial endorsements. When my children were born, we only released photographs so that the paparazzi could not chase them. However, my behavior doesn't make it right for the media to follow my two-and-a-half-year-old daughter to school and report the school's location. They staked out my wife and they pursued my mom. Whatever my wrongdoings, for the sake of my family, please leave my wife and kids alone.

I recognize I have brought this on myself, and I know above all I am the one who needs to change. I owe it to my family to become a better person. I owe it to those closest to me to become a better man. That's where my focus will be.

I have a lot of work to do, and I intend to dedicate myself to doing it. Part of following this path for me is Buddhism, which my mother taught me at a young age. People probably don't realize it, but I was raised a Buddhist, and I actively practiced my faith from childhood until I drifted away from it in recent years. Buddhism teaches that a craving for things outside ourselves causes an unhappy and pointless search for security. It teaches me to stop following every impulse and to learn restraint. Obviously I lost track of what I was taught.

As I move forward, I will continue to receive help because I've learned that's how people really do change. Starting tomorrow, I will leave for more treatment and more therapy. I would like to thank my friends at Accenture and the players in the field this week for understanding why I'm making these remarks today.

In therapy I've learned the importance of looking at my spiritual life and keeping in balance with my professional life. I need to regain my balance and be centered so I can save the things that are most important to me, my marriage and my children.

That also means relying on others for help. I've learned to seek support from my peers in therapy, and I hope someday to return that support to others who are seeking help. I do plan to return to golf one day, I just don't know when that day will be.

I don't rule out that it will be this year. When I do return, I need to make my behavior more respectful of the game. In recent weeks I have received many thousands of e-mails, letters and phone calls from people expressing good wishes. To everyone who has reached out to me and my family, thank you. Your encouragement means the world to Elin and me.

I want to thank the PGA TOUR, Commissioner Finchem, and the players for their patience and understanding while I work on my private life. I look forward to seeing my fellow players on the course.

Finally, there are many people in this room, and there are many people at home who believed in me. Today I want to ask for your help. I ask you to find room in your heart to one day believe in me again.
