Charice performed Shania Twain's "You're Still the One" for Billboard (VIDEO)
Singing sensation Charice performed an acoustic cover of Shania Twain’s “You’re Still the One” for Billboard’s Mashup Mondays. [Video Below]
Charice shared that the song reminds her of her mom, “[She] used to be a vocalist in a band and they were always singing that song. I love the way Shania sang it and recorded it. It’s just really amazing.”
Meanwhile, Charice confirmed that she's joining the second season of hit musical series "Glee".

American Idol 9 result show (Shania Twain song book): Siobhan Magnus is out!
It is now down to the magic five! Siobhan Magnus was booted out during the American Idol season 9 Result show (Shania Twain song book). She failed to woo the America's votes despite impressing the judges with her take on Twain's "Any Man of Mine".
She was joined by Michael Lynche and Casey James in the he bottom three.
The competion will be more interesting next week as the rest of the top five tackle the music of Frank Sinatra.

Shania Twain's reality show “Why Not? With Shania Twain”
Country superstar Shania Twain is set to star on a new reality show titled “Why Not? With Shania Twain” on The Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN).
In a statement, the network says that "The show will follow [Twain] as she begins her climb back to the top, a personal journey filled with risk, revelations and unexpected adventures."

Shania Twain: guest judge in American Idol
Shania Twain is the latest celebrity to be named as the next guest judge in American Idol. She will join the other AI judge in Chicago on August 30-31.
Other guest judges: Victoria Beckham take care the Denver and Boston audition shows and Mary J. Blige was tapped for Atlanta audition.

Shania Twain message to her Fans
Shania Twain gave a personal message via her website thanking her beloved fans for their support and she promise that she will be back stronger than ever.
She is healing her broken heart after her breakup with husband Robert John "Mutt" Lange.

To my beloved fans:
As I am sure you have seen or heard; I am going through a rough time personally in my life. I wanted you all to know that I could not be getting through this without you. Your letters, emails and words of encouragement give me strength. Your overwhelming support reminds me to smile, no matter how deep the pain and to always be grateful for all the beautiful blessings in my life.
I have so much to say but I know the best way for me to speak is through my music. This is my therapy, my passion, and my love. I look forward to sharing it with all of you as I begin this new journey.
I need some time to heal this broken heart but make no mistake; I will be back and hopefully stronger than ever.

Shania Twain and her husband Robert Lange call it quits
It's a sayonara to Shania Twain and her producer husband Robert John "Mutt" Lange. Their are now filing for a divorce after 14 years of marriage.
One of their rep. said, “Shania Twain and her husband, music producer Robert ‘Mutt’ Lange, are separating after 14 years of marriage. This is a private matter and there will be no further comment at this time.”
They are parents to a 6-year-old son, Eja D’Angelo.
