Marc Nelson and Rovilson Fernandez will do more dare in QTV's "Dare Duo"

Their chemistry in Amazing Race Asia 2 gave Marc Nelson and Rovilson Fernandez the opportunity to explore more their tandem professionally.

Their first project which is currently airing in AXN channel is the new Men's magazine talk show "The Duke" with Eunice Olsen.

Continuing the passion for thrill, adventure and challenges, Marc and Rovilson has signed up for more dares as they do a reality show "Dare Duo" for QTV 11 which will premiere on March 14 at 8:00 p.m.

Dare Duo will feature three segments: The host challenge, the audience' challenge and the celebrity challenge.

This is one of the four new shows that QTV is offering on this first quarter of 2009.

GMA & QTV 11 bagged 2 Golds in 2009 New York Festivals

GMA network and sister station QTV 11 bagged 2 gold medals (1 each station) n the International Television Broadcasting Awards of the 2009 New York Festivals.

For GMA, Jiggy Manicad's 24 Oras coverage of Cpl. Angelo Abeto, who died in a mortar explosion last year won him a Gold World Medal in Coverage of an Ongoing Story category.

For Biography/Profiles Category, QTV-11's won the gold in the special episode “Inno Sotto: A Special Fashion Documentary".

Aside from the two gold, it also won one silver medal, two bronze medals and seven finalist certificate.

Q channel 11 presents four new shows for the first quarter of 2009

Q channel 11, sister station of GMA-7 has released their quality show for the first quarter of 2009.

The first show is originally set last year but decided to release this year. The fashion and lifestyle show entitled "Fashionista" to be hosted by no less than stylish screen sweetheart Heart Evangelista. She will be joined by two style spies, Jocas de Leon and The Debutante's ultimate IT girl Shinina Juban.

Replacing the cooking show "Ka-Toque" is another cooking show called "Daddy-Licious", hosted by former Ka-Toque Chef Nino Logarte.

Former Amazing Race Asia contestants Marc Nelson and Rovilson Fernandez will do some daring adventure with their new show, "Dare Duo".

"Events Inc." is the fourth show that Q channel 11 will be parading. It will be hosted by Tim Yap at Sam Oh.

Q Channel 11 three new Shows

GMA network's sister station QTV 11 is known for their quality TV programs. Sharing some fresh lifestyle ideas and entertainment. Their will be unveiling three new shows : House Life, True Confections and Fashionistas.

Fashionistas by Heart is hosted by no less than stylish screen sweetheart Heart Evangelista. She will be joined by two style spies, Jocas de Leon and The Debutante's ultimate IT girl Shinina Juban. The show will be all about getting glammed up and looking fierce and fabulous in the best, smartest way possible. Fashionistas by Heart will sashay on Q Channel 11 very soon.

House Life is a home improvement show hosted by Tessa Prieto-Valdes, herself a licensed interior designer. Joining her is a team of young and talented interior designers: Tristan Jovella for the do-it-yourself projects, and Aissa Gonzalez and Marilen Faustino-Montenegro for the aesthetic concerns of the home. Tessa and her team will tackle anything and everything to help viewers live their dream life in their dream home. House Life debuts on Q on September 29 (Monday) at 7:25 pm.

True Confections is a thirty-minute weekend show. Hosted by resident sweet tooth Sam Oh together with world-class pastry chefs Aileen Anastacio of Goodies and Sweets and Fleur de Lys Patisserie's Jackie Ang-Po, True Confections will share all the delicious secrets behind everyone's favorite desserts from classic to modern, from simple (no-bake goodies) to fancy creations. True Confections begins October 4.
