Barbara Ross on MJ's alleged illegitimate daughter: "She is not my daughter"

The delusional woman who claimed to be Michael Jackson’s illegitimate daughter is now facing major contradiction in her statement. Mocienne Petit Jackson claims that her mother is Barbara Ross (sister of Diana Ross) but Dr. Barbara Ross-Lee herself denies any relationship to the woman.

TMZ just spoke to Dr. Barbara Ross-Lee, who tells us she's pretty damn sure that Mocienne Petit Jackson "is not my daughter" -- adding MPJ is "delusional" and calls the situation nothing short of "bizarre."

Dr. Ross-Lee says there was a time when MPJ "was really harassing me at my office" -- and was forced to have her employer contact the police to get MPJ to stop.

Barbara Ross also added that being pregnant with Michael that time (1975) is impossible because she never met Michael.

Michael Jackson’s Love Child: Mocienne Petit Jackson

Another individual who wants a crack of Michael Jackson’s inheritance is woman named Mocienne Petit Jackson. She claims that the late King of Pop is her father and was conceived when Michael is just 17 years-old back in 1975.

Mocienne revealed in the filed documents the plot to create a major cover up her existence. To keep the story interesting, Mocienne's mother is Barbara - Diana Ross' sister!!

Mocienne was allegedly “abducted” when she was 9 years old, and sent to Belgium by Michael’s mother, Katherine Jackson. It is a move to protect Michael Jackson’s reputation. She also claims all her 7 kidnappers were later murdered.

Mocienne claims she was diagnosed with Vitiligo and she court to order a DNA test so she claim her part in MJ’s wealth. She also wants custody of MJ's kids so she can give them a "more normal life."

Hmmm.It is a good story for a movie!!

R&B singer Chris Brown gave a great performance on stage as he pays tribute to the late King of Pop Michael Jackson at the 2010 BET Awards.

During his performance, Chris Brown became emotional and he suddenly broke down crying on stage.

Aside from remembering Michael Jackson, maybe the message of song affected him and deep inside he is thinking the unfortunate things he done in his life especially to Rihanna.

Joe Jackson Blames Wife Katherine for Michael's Death

Michael Jackson's estranged father Joe Jackson drops a bomb against his wife Katherine Jackson as he blames her for their son's death.

In an interview with UK's News of the World, Joe claims that he insisted to his wife Katherine that something was wrong with Michael and he begged to put Michael into rehab for "prescription drugs addiction."

But Joe claims that Katherine never listened. He told Katherine, 'If you had listened to me Michael would be living now!'

Joe also added that his wife kept a distance and doesn't to meddle with Michael's affairs for fear of invading his privacy.

Joe Jackson, Michael's other siblings was cut out on Michael's last will. Katherine, Michael's three children and a charity organization are the listed beneficiaries on his last testament.

Dr. Conrad Murray: Michael Jackson Killed Himself

Dr. Conrad Murray’s camp is now preparing to present their defense argument against the manslaughter charges in connection with the death of pop star Michael Jackson.

The legal team will argue that Michael Jackson injected himself with Propofol which resulted to his death.

Dr. Conrad Murray’s defense argument:

- At around 10:50 AM, Dr. Murray gave Jackson 25 mg of Propofol from a 20 ml bottle -- that's only about 1/8 of the bottle.

- The dose Dr. Murray administered would keep someone asleep for only 5 to 10 minutes, But the Propofol, along with the Ativan and Versed that was already in MJ's system, had a synergistic effect that put Jackson to sleep for a longer period of time.

- For the next hour, Dr. Murray stayed in the room and was on the phone for much of the time. Dr. Murray didn't leave the room to make the calls because MJ liked activity in the room, regularly sleeping with the lights on and cartoons blaring on the TV.

- At around noon, Dr. Murray left the room for approximately two minutes to go to the bathroom. While he was gone, the defense believes Jackson suddenly awakened and was frustrated he had spent nearly 9 hours trying in vain to sleep. The defense theory -- Jackson took the 20 ml bottle of Propofol and self-injected the remaining contents through the IV, causing a massive overdose that stopped his heart.

- Dr. Murray walked back in the room and saw Jackson with his eyes open and pupils dilated. Dr. Murray dropped the phone (he was speaking with his girlfriend) and began administering CPR.

The defense will argue Michael Jackson was a long-time Propofol addict and he taken the Propofol without his approval.

Murray must also answer Alberto Alvarez testimonials about the alleged disposal of the empty drug vials. Alvarez said Murray handed him some empty vials and asked him to put them in a bag before the before paramedics arrived.

Paul Anka will get 50 percent of Michael Jackson's "This Is It"

Legendary singer-composer Paul Anka will now get his hands full after Michael Jackson's estate acknowledges his rights to Michael Jackson's just released song "This Is It". Paul claims that he co-wrote the said song originally recorded under the title, "I Never Heard" and then Jackson "stole the tapes" from the studio where it was recorded.

But before legal action do its work, administrator for Jackson's estate John McClain got off the phone with Paul and acknowledges his contribution and settle their duties to Paul.

Anka says McClain apologized profusely, saying he knew "Michael couldn't have written this song alone. It's not his style." and added, "We'll give you whatever you want, whatever it takes we'll do the right thing." -TMZ

Latest UPDATE: Michael Jackson's estate is giving Paul Anka 50% partner in the publishing rights to "This Is It" and other profits.

Posted on LiveLeak, the uploader wrote, “I checked the license plate number and it looks like the King of Pop is jumping out of the same van, his dead body has been in. I got the original video tape from a trustworthy source. I know him for years. And I am sure it´s real and Michael is alive.”

Michael Jackson’s death ruled as homicide

After they found anesthetic Propofol in Michael Jackson’s body, the L.A. County coroner ruled his death as homicide. Criminal charges are now expected to be filed against the Michael's Doctor Conrad Murray.

According to Dr. Conrad Murray’s search warrant affidavit filed in Houston.

The morning Jackson died, Dr. Murray gave Jackson valium at 1:30 AM. Murray said the valium didn’t work so he gave the singer an IV injection of lorazepam — an anti-anxiety drug. Murray told cops Jackson was still awake, so he then gave him midazolam — a sedative.

Murray gave Jackson more drugs. He says at 10:40 AM, he administered 25 mg of Propofol. Dr. Murray told cops Jackson repeatedly demanded the drug. Dr. Murray reportedly told cops 10 minutes after administering Propofol … he “left Jackson’s side to go to the restroom and relieve himself. Murray stated he was out of the room for about 2 minutes maximum. Upon his return, Murray noticed that Jackson was no longer breathing.”

Dr. Murray says he began CPR and at some point ran downstairs and asked the chef to send up Prince Jackson, the eldest son, then Murray continued performing CPR. Dr. Murray says he noticed that Jackson wasn’t breathing at around 11 AM. He was then on the cell phone for 47 minutes with 3 separate calls, from 11:18 to 12:05. The 911 call came in at 12:21 PM …. a much longer delay than originally reported.

Dr. Murray told cops other docs had administered Propofol to Jackson, including Las Vegas Dr. David Adams. Dr. Murray said he was at a cosmetologist’s office where Dr. Adams gave Jackson Propofol.

Definitely they have strong evidence to charged Dr. Conrad Murray with those drugs that he gave to Michael.

Michael Jackson's lawyer Seek Allowance for Michael's mother and Kids

The talks about Michael Jackson's money is now rollin'. Attorneys handing Michael Jackson's estate are seeking a court-ordered allowance for Michael's three children and mother.

The written declaration of the Lawyer, "Mrs. Jackson was also financially dependent upon Michael Jackson and that other than extremely modest social security benefits, Mrs. Jackson has no independent means of support."

The declaration continues: "Michael Jackson died 4 weeks ago. Therefore, there is an urgent need for the Special Administrators to be authorized to pay family allowance for the benefits of Minor Children in order to ensure that the Minor Children's needs for maintenance and support are met."

The amount is not yet revealed and it will be discuss by the judge on August 3.

Guardianship hearing for Michael Jackson's kids postponed again.

Custody hearing for Michael Jackson's Kids (Prince, 12, Paris, 11, and Blanket, 7) has been postponed and it was moved to Aug. 3.

According to TMZ, "Katherine Jackson and Debbie Rowe are close to a settlement. The deal is amicable and it involves the children -- not money."

Rowe, who is still collecting money from an agreement with Michael was drafted so it will survive Michael's death.

Katherine Jackson remains the temporary guardian for Michael Jackson's Kids.

Michael Jackson's burn accident on 1984 Pepsi commercial

Entertainment site Usmagazine got a exclusive never-before-seen footage of Michael Jackson's Pepsi commercial accident in which his hair accidentally caught on fire.

Performing at L.A.'s Shrine Auditorium on Jan. 27, 1984 when pyrotechnics exploded earlier than planned.

Even though his is on fire, the King of Pop continued to dance before he ran off the stage and his crew tried to extinguish the fire.

He suffered second and third-degree burns on his scalp and body. The burn treatment kicked off his addiction to painkillers and obsession with plastic surgery.
