Sidelining his music for a moment, Marc Anthony is now ready for tackling and blitz.

Marc Anthony is now officially minority owner of the NFL team Miami Dolphins. Marc tells PEOPlE, “I’m a huge sports fan. These opportunities don't come around too often. It's quite an honor and a privilege to be able to sit here today saying that I'm a part-owner of an NFL team."

Talking about the details of the deal, “El Cantante” actor only said, "It would have probably been cheaper just to buy season tickets."
