Country star Keith Urban needs a complete vocal rest to prepare himself  for throat surgery  later this month to remove a polyp which has developed on his vocal chord.

This is a glimpse of what it looked like backstage when we pranked Keith Urban, surprising our crew members on tour, why Demi shouldn't drive jetskis, and some very fashionable hats modeled by my mom and me. I'm leaving for the UK in the morning, so there's a shout out to you guys that I'll be seeing in London and at V-Fest! And it's all set to "One Time" by Justin Bieber. It's very much on repeat at the moment.

The 19 year-old singer with her band rocked the stage wearing the iconic KISS costume and makeup as Taylor and Keith performed “Kiss a Girl".

Nicole Kidman and husband Keith Urban was seen having a great time watching the soccer match between Chelsea and Manchester United in London. The game ended in 1-1 draw.

After this short break Nicole will be busy shooting a new movie called "Nine" with Kate Hudson, Daniel Day-Lewis and Penelope Cruz.

"Nine" is about a famous film director who struggles to find harmony in his professional and personal lives, as he engages in dramatic relationships with his wife, his mistress, his muse, his agent, and his mother.
