Controversial reality mom Kate Gosselin will returned as guest co-host on "The View" on July 2.

According to ABC. the 35 year-old reality star will talk about summer foods, sunless tanning and outfit for Independence Day.

Kate guested on the morning talk show when Elisabeth Hasselbeck was in maternity leave and she also appeared last March.

Jon Gosselin fired his attorney; "I never wanted primary custody"

Jon Gosselin wants to play the good guy by firing his lawyer who called his ex-wife Kate Gosselin as an "absentee Mom" and a shameless self-promoter.

Jon tweeted, "Mr. Anthony List Sr., Esq. is not my representing attorney; I terminated him on April 15, 2010. He has no legal right to speak to the press or anyone on my behalf."

"Kate, her attorneys and I are moving forward to work out things privately and amicably."

In Jon's court papers filed early this month, he wants physical custody of their eight kids and spousal support but now he is firing back at his former lawyer.

Jon claims that he didn't gave permission to his lawyer about the primary custody of his kids.

Gosselin tells TMZ, "I never wanted primary custody, he [attorney Anthony List] filed for that. I only wanted a more flexible custody schedule so I could be with my kids."

But List tells TMZ, "Jon signed off on everything."

Jon, who is pissed that List spoke with the media, insists he wants to pay child support, adding, "I just can't afford the $22,000 a month right now. That is why I'm trying to find a job."

Kate Gosselin is out in Dancing With The Stars Week 5 Elimination

The dancing journey of reality star Kate Gosselin is finally over! Kate and partner Tony Dolovani was booted out in "Dancing with the Stars" elimination show, Tuesday April 20. Joining Kate in the bottom two is Pam Anderson .

Kate had received heavy criticism on her dancing skills since day one of the competition. On her emotional speech thanking her fans, she said: "Thank you for believing in me more than I believed in myself.”

Kate Gosselin got the lowest score of 15 during her foxtrot dance performance of the iconic movie theme song "Don’t Forget About Me” from the film “Breakfast Club”.

Once again her douche bag ex-husband Jon will be drooling with envy.

DWTS' Kate Gosselin got another reality gig as she headlines her own TLC series "Twist of Kate" and a series of specials titled Kate Plus 8.

"Twist of Kate" is set for 12-episode run this summer which according to USA Today, the series will use "fan letters from women inspired by her story as the basis for profiles of women facing their own challenges".

Kate Plus 8 will focused on Gosselin's new role as single mom.

Meanwhile, Jon Gosselin is suing his ex-wife Kate Gosselin for physical custody of their eight kids and spousal support.

Jon Gosselin wants money and child custody from Kate

Jon Gosselin is really a douche bag. He is now planning to sue his ex-wife Kate Gosselin for physical custody of their eight kids and spousal support.

According to TMZ, Jon's lawyer said: Kate's gig on "Dancing With the Stars" turned her into "an absentee mom" and she failed to spend "quality time with the 8 kids."

Kate is also firing back and in a statement she said, "I am not willing to comment in public on the custody discussions regarding my children. What I will say is this: I am and always will be a mother first, but as a single working mom I will do everything necessary to provide for my kids despite the opinions of others."

Kate’s lawyer Mark Momijan told RadarOnline, "We haven’t received any formal filing yet but I can’t imagine anything farther from the truth. Kate is a devoted mother. Her concern for the welfare of her kids is so prominent that any allegations like this report are reckless and so far from the mark, it’s offensive."

Aside from the custody and spousal support, Jon also wants a modification of his $20,000 monthly child support obligation. Jon is desperate and he wants to earn some money without lifting a finger.
