According to Variety, Wahlberg and Franco have signed on for supporting roles in the Shawn Levy-helmed comedy for 20th Century Fox. Leighton Meester, Common, Taraji P. Henson and Kristen Wiig have also boarded the project.

Facebook: UCLA Students Against James Franco as Commencement Speaker

James Franco's famous "Sleeping Beauty during Class" photo is now the reason why his fellow UCLA are protesting after he was selected commencement speaker for his alma mater's graduating class this year.

A Facebook group, "UCLA Students Against James Franco as Commencement Speaker" has been launched with the specific goal of dissing the personality and wisdom of "The Pineapple Express" star.
His classmates says, "Clearly, this is ridiculous. Anyone who has been in his classes knows he is an average student at UCLA. This is an accomplishment while working in his industry, but he is our academic peer, which makes him an inappropriate choice for a keynote speaker. His academic experiences are too limited thus far to provide him with the wisdom and perspective such a speaker is meant to provide to graduates. Furthermore, we have worked hard as academics for four years: his successes are (thus far) completely irrelevant to that!"
But in the message, they gave Jamas Franco some consolation.

We are not attacking James Franco: he is a very talented actor, and clearly did well enough at UCLA to get into Columbia. We merely protest that he is not an appropriate choice for our graduation speaker.
