Kiefer Sutherland and designer : settle things up

Kiefer Sutherland has fix necessary arrangements with his victim of a headbutting incident and now his misdemeanor case will now be dropped.

Proenza Schouler designer Jack McCollough has accepted Sutherland's apology and decided to settle their differences.

Sutherland said in a joint statement released to the AP, "I am sorry about what happened that night and sincerely regret that Mr. McCollough was injured."

McCollough said in the statement: "I appreciate Mr. Sutherland's statement and wish him well."

Sutherland who is serving a five-year probation term can now sleep well again.

Police: Kiefer Sutherland Turns Himself In

After the misdemeanor assault was charged to Kiefer Sutherland over the headbutting incident to a fashion designer at a Manhattan party, the 24 star turned himself in at the First Precinct of New York City police station, May 7.

Kiefer aka Jack Bauer was booked on one count of misdemeanor assault and issued an appearance citation.

With the June 22 scheduled arraignment, Sutherland can still start filming the eighth season of 24 in late May.

Sutherland was accused of headbutting designer Jack McCollough after a heated argument over McCollough accidentally bumped into Brooke Shields at a Met Gala after-party.

He will be also investigated if he violated his probation. Kiefer is still serving a five-year probation term in Los Angeles for his second DUI conviction.

Kiefer Sutherland will face misdemeanor assault; possible probation violation

Maybe Kiefer Sutherland has released his inner Jack Bauer when he head butted designer Jack McCollough (Oh! two Jack in a scuffle) at a Met Costume Institute Gala afterparty in Manhattan.

According to TMZ, "Sutherland is now charged with misdemeanor assault in connection with the headbutting incident".

But the bigger problem is, he is still serving a five-year probation term in Los Angeles for his second DUI conviction. If he violates his probation, he will return to jail again. Sutherland previously spent 48 days in jail on the conviction.

Kiefer Sutherland who is reportedly drunk got into an argument with the designer after accidentally bumping actress Brooke Shields. The 24 star demanded the designer to apologize but the argument heats up..

Shield's rep. says via TMZ, McCollough "did nothing inappropriate. It's not clear what caused Kiefer to do what he did."

This means Kiefer Sutherland is all alone in this problem. The "Knight in shining armor" reason to the incident is being oppose by Brooke Shields.
