A woman accused her husband and American Idol's Fantasia Barrino of having an affair and reveals that two made a Sex Tape.

In her filed complaint, Paula Cook accuses her husband Antwaun Cook and Fantasia Barrino of having an affair that began around August 2009.

Paula said, "Husband and Ms. Barrino have at times recorded their illicit sexual activity."

Paula Cook also claims Fantasia said via phone, "He don't want you. Maybe the next time that you get a husband you'll know how to keep him. That's why he's here with me."

Cook is now seeking custody of her two young children, and she wants Antwuan to pay spousal and child support. Cook hasn't filed any action against Fantasia yet.
