ABS-CBN's "Gimik 2010: The Reunion" airing on April 25

The original ABS-CBN teen drama series in the 90's is coming back via "Your Song" offering "Gimik 2010: The Reunion".

Five of its original cast members - Judy Ann Santos, Diether Ocampo, Bojo Molina, G Toengi, and Mylene Dizon will return and reprise their roles in which twists and surprises are added to spice up the series.

The story cycles on the adult life of the characters as they journey through adulthood, family life and love problems.

The original "Gimik" series which aired 14 years ago was directed by Laurenti Dyogi and now the reunion special will be helm by Erick Salud.

"Gimik 2010" will premiere on April 25, Sunday, on ABS-CBN after ASAP XV.

Diether Ocampo is now stable condition, says Star Magic

ABS-CBN's Diether Ocampo is now in stable condition after he was rushed to a hospital in the United States. The "Only You" actor suffered a seizure while rehearsing for the 17th anniversary concerts of Star Magic.

In a statement by Star Magic via ABS-CBN news, “Diether suffered a seizure during morning rehearsals and was rushed by emergency services to hospital where extensive tests were made to determine the cause."

Further test and more observation will be conducted.

Diether Ocampo has jumped from ABS-CBN to GMA Network

Another old product of ABS-CBN's family is jumping and will test his ground on the GMA Network soil. Diether Ocampo is reportedly decided to be a kapuso to expand more possibilities.

According to columnist Ricky Lo that Diether "has jumped ober da bakod" from ABS-CBN to GMA-7 and already signed a "maximum of four-year contract" with the Kapuso network last Monday night, November 17.

This will be a big step to his career after working for ABS-CBN for 13 years. He will be joining former Kapamilya artist who is now making a mark in GMA.

According to GMA-7 SVP for Entertainment TV Ms. Wilma Galvante via PEP, "Let Diether make his own announcements soon."

Reportedly, Diether's first project in GMA will be the Pinoy adaptation of the hit Koreanovela "All About Eve", starring Sunshine Dizon and Iza Calzado.
