Charlize Theron joining Diablo Cody's "Young Adult"

Actress Charlize Theron will be playing a ghostwriter of young adult novels in Diablo Cody's drama movie, "Young Adult".

Aside from Diablo Cody, Deadline reports that Juno team are also on board like director Jason Reitman, production companies Mandate Pictures and Mr. Mudd.

In this upcoming movie, Theron is a youth fiction writer who returns to her hometown to reconnect with her old high school boyfriend, who’s now married with a family. Theron "reengages with high school acquaintances and their experiences in trying to fulfill all those high school hopes and dreams that often get crushed by the realities of life."

Diablo Cody Welcomed Baby Marcello Daniel

Oscar-winning screenwriter Diablo Cody happy to announced via her Twitter account that she and her husband Dan Maurio welcomed a baby boy Tuesday, July 27. The couple named their new blessing Marcello Daniel Maurio.

The "Juno" writer tweeted, "We had our boy early this morning! Marcello Daniel Maurio, 7lbs, 2 oz, lightly mustachioed.”

Meanwhile, Cody will be busy on the big screen adaptation of the "Sweet Valley High" book series.
