Oscar-winning screenwriter Diablo Cody happy to announced via her Twitter account that she and her husband Dan Maurio welcomed a baby boy Tuesday, July 27. The couple named their new blessing Marcello Daniel Maurio.

The "Juno" writer tweeted, "We had our boy early this morning! Marcello Daniel Maurio, 7lbs, 2 oz, lightly mustachioed.”Meanwhile, Cody will be busy on the big screen adaptation of the "Sweet Valley High" book series.
