Audrina Patridge is amused on the Benji Madden dating issue

Audrina Patridge clear some issues about her hooking up with Paris Hilton's ex-beau Benji Madden. She blogged it out that their are just good friends.

New York Daily News reported that the two began dating two weeks ago.

Audrina Patridge said in her post entry "Clearing Up Rumors":

"I'm getting a lot of calls today about a story that ran in a New York paper saying that I am now in a "romantic" relationship with Benji Madden.

I find it highly amusing, since I haven't seen him since December. I think Benji is a sweetheart and we're good friends, but we are definitely NOT dating!

Just wanted to clear that up!"

Paris Hilton and Benji Madden decided to split up

In her last interview guesting in David Letterman show, Paris said that she's in love with Benji Madden.

After 9 months of dating and fun, Paris Hilton and Benji Madden called it quits. According to a close friend of Paris via PEOPLE, "She is saddened by the breakup but they're just too different and they wanted different things in life."

"Even though they are still in love, they felt it would be better to just be friends."

Paris' friends also denies that the reason of the breakup is because of Paris Hilton was seen with ex Stavros Niarchos together this past weekend in Miami.

Benjie is the reason why Paris Hilton becomes tame with her ways.

Paris Hilton was joined by her beau Benji Madden for the “Paris, Not France” premiere held at Reyerson Theatre during the 2008 Toronto International Film Festival, Sept. 9.

The film documentary is about the behind-the-scenes look at her life. Cameras follow the day-to-day life of model/actress/businesswoman/heiress/icon Paris Hilton. Starring in this docu are the Hilton family, Madden brothers and her other friends.

Reportedly, they canceled two advance screenings at the advice of the socialite's publicist and revealed that they want to build up some hype, “We wanted to create more buzz, create some hype. We felt the impact would be more extreme if we had one screening. She is a partner with the documentary and will be attending Tuesday’s screening in support of it.”

The said collection is produced by Danish company PH Europe and being sold to over more than 80 countries worldwide.
