Chief Justice Lovemore Munlo of Malawi will lead a three-judge panel in an appeal case on May 4.

Although I wasn't at liberty to say it before, the song I've been referencing here on mikeshinoda.com in the past few weeks...is actually being done for Michael Bay's new Transformers film, due out June 24th.

In addition--and probably ever cooler--we have been offered the unique opportunity to help score the film. The song we wrote is being used as one of the themes, and we will be writing various interpolations on that theme, and trying out some other thematic ideas as part of the (very large) team scoring the film."

I was mostly laughing about it as i thought most of the people who follow me on twitter would too. A few of the other BA employees were just as surprised as i was. But it was their manager and for some reason i could not file a complaint there. They gave me a little card to fill out. But like i said it really isn't my style to cause a scene, so ultimately it would be up to me to complain, and i'm not going to file one. I will say I'm glad Nicole and Harlow weren't with me, then i really would have been embarrassed. At the end of the day it's as simple as not using the airline, not really worth me going on and on about beyond this. Former New Jersey Nets' star Jayson Williams got the taste of the taser after cops finds him acting "suicidal" and locked himself in his hotel room. After the cops secured Williams, he was brought to the St. Vincent's Hospital for evaluation.

According to Jayson's lawyer via TMZ that his client is not suicidal.

Joe Hayden tells us Jayson -- who is currently under evaluation at St. Vincent's Hospital -- "has no knowledge of a suicide attempt or being suicidal" and is at the medical facility for a "medical condition."

Hayden also said Jayson "has not been arrested."

Prescription drugs bottles were found by the Cops at the hotel. Williams is still under observation.

Two others who were ejected refused medical treatment at the scene."

The chemistry of Denzel Washington and director Tony Scott will be tested again if the negotiation push through for the upcoming train-havoc movie, “Unstoppable”. With their previous work engagement, it is almost a done deal.

According to Variety, "Denzel Washington is negotiating to star in drama "Unstoppable," the Tony Scott-directed that 20th Century Fox has on track for a fall production start.

Washington would play an experienced engineer who jumps in a locomotive with a young conductor to chase down a runaway train carrying a cargo of toxic chemicals. Mark Bomback wrote the script, which is loosely inspired by a true event.

Synopsis: A runaway train carrying a cargo of toxic chemicals. Pits an engineer and his conductor in a race against time. They're chasing the runaway train in a separate locomotive and need to bring it under control before it derails on a curve and causes a spill of combustible liquids and poisonous gas from wiping out a city.

The two works together in the films "Crimson Tide," "Man on Fire," "Deja Vu," and the recently completed train-based thriller, "The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3", due out on June 12.

Kim appreciates that Prejean point of view and her stance, but that may not have been the most tolerant of opinions.

“I obviously have a completely different opinion but I think her answer was true to her,” Kardashian says. “That answer represented her and how she felt. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. She stood up for what she believes in so she should be happy with that backlash.”

Here some of her Taylor's answer from her interview:

How long does it take you to write a song? "Most of the time, songs that I write end up being finished in 30 minutes or less. "Love Story" I wrote on my bedroom floor in about 20 minutes. When I get on a roll with something, it's really hard for me to put it down unfinished."

How do you manage to appear so genuinely happy when, according to your songs, you've suffered so much heartbreak? "I have ways of channeling the heartbreak. Also, it's been a really awesome year. I get so excited when a song I wrote that's very personal to me goes No. 1 and I look down and see people singing the words back to me. That makes me so much happier than anything could ever bring me down."

What advice do you have for aspiring songwriters? "Write your songs not for a demographic or for getting on the radio. Write your songs for the person you're writing that song about. When I sit down, I say to myself, "O.K., who is this about? What would I say to him right now if I could?"

What other artists would you like to do a duet with? "I would like to do a duet with Taylor Hanson, because I have loved Hanson since I was 8. And Taylor Hanson has an amazing voice. And also we're both named Taylor."

Do you think it's right for people to pay so much attention to the personal lives of entertainers? "I feel like people paying attention to your personal life when you're in this position is sort of a given. There's nothing that I can say to make it stop. I don't live in L.A. I live in Nashville. The paparazzi do not know where Nashville is, so I sort of have a normal life when I'm home."

Supermodel-mom Heidi Klum shared that she is hoping that her fourth child will be girl and her daughter Leni is very excited if she will be a big sister.

The Project Runway host tells Us Weekly, "We'd be happy with either. But it would be a lie if I said we all weren't hoping for a little girl -- especially Leni, because she would love to have a little sister.

She also added, "She'll say, 'I hope it's a girl so she can be in my room, and I'm going to help you and I'm going to change the diapers and I'm going to be a really good sister!"

Question and speculations are now answered, GMA announced the good news courtesy of SVP for Entertainment TV Wilma Galvante that their next Pinay superhero Darna which will now fly high in Philippine primetime is Marian Rivera.

This fictional two-piece bikini-clad superhero was created by Pinoy comics legend Mars Ravelo that give way to Angel Locsin's popularity and GMA's primetime supremacy.

Apparently, the previous plan of combining two superheroes (Darna and Captain Barbell) will be temporarily shelves and they decided to concentrate on Darna series alone.

Other actresses who played the DARNA in TV and movies include Rosa del Rosario, Liza Moreno, Eva Montes, Gina Pareño, Vilma Santos, Rio Locsin, Lorna Tolentino, Nanette Medved, Anjanette Abayari, and Angel Locsin in 2005. By the way, Katrina Halili is the first Black Darna.

Mark Gordon will produce with Media Talent Group's Geyer Kosinski. The studio, producers and Jolie are meeting with writers and will set one shortly. Bryan Zuriff will serve as exec producer."

With the 16 Scarpetta novels under its series, their hoping and thought the movie could eventually be extended into a franchise movie.

The screeching off-key version of "If I Were a Boy" which was sung by Beyonce apparently at "Today" show and now being sensationalized by Howard Stern in his radio show was indeed a FAKE.

TMZ found the person behind the prank who was surprised it went as far as it did, saying, "It's a little bit crazy. No one in their right mind would sound like that, and no one would cheer for someone singing like that."

Manager-dad Mathew Knowles fiery about this news and he gave a great statement:

"If no one took the time to look at the biggest Inauguration in the history of America then shame on them.

If no one took the time to listen to Beyonce sing 'America the Beautiful' and 'At Last' at the Neighborhood Ball for the first dance of President Obama and the First Lady, and they question Beyonce's vocal ability, they've gotta be an idiot.

USA Today release the first look of Russell Crowe as the vigilante bandit hero, Robin Hood. This movie reunites Gladiator star to director Ridley Scott.

The hero of the poor, who robs the rich and the corrupt will have a new outfit and style in this new action flick.

Producer Brian Grazer tells USA Today, "He doesn't have the old Robin Hood tights. He's got armor. He's very medieval. He looks, if anything, more like he did in Gladiator than anything we're used to seeing with Robin Hood."

"Oddly, it's a metaphor for today," Grazer says. "He's trying to create equality in a world where there are a lot of injustices. He's a crusader for the people, trying to reclaim some of the ill-gotten gains of the wealthy. That's a universal theme."

Not that the film will linger on the contemporary. "We just shot a scene where Maid Marion fires a flaming bow and arrow into the night sky. It's just a cool story."

Other cast includes Cate Blanchett, Vanessa Redgrave and Kevin Durand, set for 2010 release.

After Madonna fell off her horse and suffered minor bruises and injuries, her camp blames the paparazzi who startled and snaps some images of the popstar the causes the incident.

The paparazzo that is being linked to this incident denies the said allegations and he claims that Madonna's camp are lying and telling a different story.

According to TMZ, "We spoke with the photog who tells us he shot Madonna before and after she fell -- but was not there for the actual fall. He tells us he took pics of her riding and then left. About 30 minutes later, he says he got a tip about an ambulance being sent out for a 50-year-old woman -- so he put two and two together and went back to snap pics of her being tended to.

He says all his photos were taken from a public road and the only other photog around was Stephen Klein -- the famous photographer whose house Madonna was at.

As Hinton put it, "If I had startled the horse, I would have gotten pictures!"

After doing their separate things with their career, Black Eyed Peas return with a new music video of the single “Boom Boom Pow” from the upcoming fifth studio album, The E.N.D.

Will.i.am stated that "The E.N.D." stands for "The Energy Never Dies", which describes his model for a project that will be living and frequently updated throughout its designated cycle.

He explained that "It's a diary ... of music that at any given time, depending on the inspiration, you can add to it. I'm trying to break away from the concept of an album. What is an album when you put 12 songs on iTunes and people can pick at it like scabs? That's not an album. There is no album anymore."

After felling off her horse at South Hampton, N.Y, Madonna was rushed to a New York hospital as she suffered minor bruises and injuries. Reportedly, the queen of pop had already been released from Southampton Hospital.

Their blaming that incident to paparazzi. Madonna's rep. releases a statement, "The accident occurred when the horse Madonna was riding was startled by paparazzi who jumped out of the bushes to photograph the singer, who was visiting friends on Eastern Long Island over the weekend."

Back in 2005, Madonna also had a horse riding accident that cracked her ribs, collarbone and her hand, happened at her estate just outside London (on her birthday).

Actor-senator Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr. proudly announced that his upcoming action-fantasy movie "Panday: Ang Simula" will now start rollin'.

Senator Bong is happy to announced in his recent interview with ABS-CBN news, that next week the shooting of this new movie will finally start with his newest leading lady Iza Calzado.

Iza Calzado will play the character of a noble stranger who will inspire Panday or Flavio, (Revilla), to learn how to fight.

It will be co-produce by GMA and Revilla's Imus productions. Other cast includes Rhian Ramos, Geoff Eigenmann and Philip Salvador.

This will be an official entry to the Metro Manila Film Festival 2009 in December.

The "Panday" series was originally done by the Fernando Poe Jr and Max Alvarado as his archenemy Lizardo, which is based on the fictional comics character of the same name created by Carlo J. Caparas in March of 1979.

Seal said, "[The] topic of debate outside our hotel is, 'Is Heidi having another baby?'" he told the audience. "Heidi and I are having another baby!"

"I mean, Heidi is doing all the work," continued the Grammy-winning artist before breaking into his song "A Change Is Gonna Come."

Heidi gave a hint in her Redbook magazine interview last July, "I feel like we still have one coming."

She gave a great performance singing the U.S. National Anthem and according to AsianJournal, Charice said singing in front of thousands of people at the home of the Dodgers, Chavez Ravine, was a great opportunity.

"You know as I was walking down [to the field] I saw all these pictures of the Dodgers and I was just thinking of all the people, all the celebrities who sang the American National Anthem here," she said. "And here I am. They chose me. I’m not even an American citizen but they chose me to sing the National Anthem. This is really a big opportunity for me."

“I have a radio show…We’re really the black Howard Stern. We go at everybody. There was a situation with Miley Cyrus, and I just want to say, I apologize for what I said. I didn’t mean it maliciously. You know I’m a comedian. You know my heart,” he added.

Transformer star Shia LaBeouf shared some scary detail about his hand injuries from his car accident that resulted to permanent damage on part of his hand.

Here's some highlights of his interview with EW:

How is the hand now? "I'm on my third surgery. That's coming up in a week or two [from April 2]. My middle finger is still crooked as a f---ing noodle, so they've gotta straighten it out and put a screw in it."

How much usage will you get back of your left hand? "Probably about 80-something percent. I'll be able to make a fist again. There's a knuckle I'll never be able to move again, but that's probably the only permanent damage, other than the scarring."

How debilitating has it been to have no use of your left hand all these months? "It's hard to do anything. It's hard to button your pants or brush your teeth, let alone jump off a three-story building into a pad. This movie was the most physical thing I've ever had to do, and I had to do it with a broken hand. It's the hardest thing I've ever had to do in my life. Constantly having to take hits and fall and run through explosions and get hit and beat up all day. Aside from my hand, I also got 25 stitches making this movie, in various parts of my body -- stuff that had nothing to do with my hand."

This numbers will be double or triple on the number people who watched or copies and then shared to their friends.

As /film calculates, "Based on TF’s numbers, a conservative estimate would be that 2 million people have watched the illegally downloaded film, which is the box office equivalent of $15-$20 million. Download numbers aside, the big concern was that the unfinished workprint might cause a wave of bad word of mouth that would detour the usual suspects from showing up opening weekend."

This situation will "make it" or "break it" for the movie. With this unfinished leaked movie, it can help to generate buzz and interest to see the full movie or the opposite of it.

Project Runway's "Cat Thrower" Kenley Collins pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and she was ordered by the Brooklyn court judge to a two-year protection order preventing her to have contact with her ex-fiance.

E!online reports that Collins is also sentenced to pay $120 fine and the incident will remain sealed and not appear on her criminal record.

The hard headed Project Runway season 5 finalist was arrested last month after her fiance ac Penley claimed that Kenley attacked her with a cat (landed of his face), a laptop computer and three apples.

On March 26 hearing, Collins denies that allegation of her using a feline as her weapon.

James Franco and Mark Wahlberg are on board for the upcoming comedy film "Date Night" with Steve Carell and Tina Fey.

According to Variety, Wahlberg and Franco have signed on for supporting roles in the Shawn Levy-helmed comedy for 20th Century Fox. Leighton Meester, Common, Taraji P. Henson and Kristen Wiig have also boarded the project.

Wahlberg plays a successful and crazily buff securities expert who flirts with Fey's character. Franco portrays a not-too-bright conman and petty criminal. Meester is onboard as the couple's babysitter. Henson plays the one good cop who believes the couple is in danger, and Common portrays a villain. Wiig, who worked with Fey on "Saturday Night Live," rounds out the cast as the actress' best friend.

Wow! Very interesting cast to look forward.. Great actors willing to do minor roles for Tina and Steve.

Veteran actor-host Vic Sotto is joining his close friend Joey De Leon and his son Oyo Sotto in TV5 territory. Vic will now be hosting the new season of the game show "Who Wants To Be a Millionaire?"

The trivia game show will now raise the jackpot from P1 million to P2 million. The show will still use the original format of "Lifelines" in the form of "Ask the Audience" at which the audience key in their answers, "50/50" wherein two wrong answers are eliminated from the choices, and the "Phone a Friend".

The question is how many millions that TV5 network offered to the veteran host? It seems a lucrative deal was been signed to have Vic Sotto on board.

Mall auditions for the game show will be held at selected SM malls starting early next month (TBA). First episode will debut on May 23, Saturday at 6:00 p.m.

After Chris Brown was spotted with Girlicious singer Natalie Mejia at a tattoo parlor that started the rumored news that Brown has replace her beat up ex-girlfriend Rihanna, Chris Brown and his camp denies the report.

According to Brown's rep. via PEOPLE, "Chris was in a Hollywood tattoo parlor with a woman from the recording studio named Dean, who was getting a tattoo. (Chris did not get a tattoo)."

"Natalie Mejia was there with Dean. [Reports in other media] that Natalie Mejia is Chris's new girlfriend are also false," says the rep, adding that other rumors claiming Brown is dating a Virginia college student named Erica Jackson are also not true."

On Natalie Mejia's part, she doesn't confirm nor denies she even told RadarOnline that brown is a total “gentlemen.”.

And the popular choice of reason for divorce, "irreconcilable differences."

Gibson's rep. releases a statement via UsMag, "Throughout our marriage and separation we have always strived to maintain the privacy and integrity of our family and will continue to do so."

Robyn is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their son Tom which is a minor and spousal support.

The couple have been officially separated since August 26, 2006 but Robyn's papers listed on the date of separation as "to be determined."

In a new development according to TMZ, "Mel Gibson got the specific date of separation -- the papers say the date is August 26, 2006. The date is hugely significant -- Mel's infamous DUI arrest was less than a month earlier -- July 28, 2006. Gibson cited irreconcilable differences."

It was pointed out by TMZ that the date of separation is important because "earnings generally cease to be community property when the couple separates."

GMA's "Zorro" star Richard Gutierrez filed a libel case against entertainment Web site Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP) for allegedly false-fabricated story that gave a bad stain to his reputation.

With full force, he was accompanied by his family at Makati Fiscal’s Office, Monday April 13, 2009.

Richards is seeking P25 million in damages (P15 million in moral damages and P10 million in exemplary damages) from the respondents in the complaint: PEP editor-in-chief Jo-Ann Maglipon, managing editor Karen Pagsolingan, and staff writer Ferdinand Godinez.

Gutierrez said, “I'm doing this not only for myself but for my family, for my fans and maybe for the whole industry.”

The alleged fabricated story was upload on the PEP website that reports Richard Gutierrez's got involved in gun-pointing and scuffle incident with Michael Flores.

Both actors denies the report and strong expressed that there's no such incident happened.

PEP's editor-in-chief Joan Maglipon, has put out the said report on their website and published an apology to Gutierrez for "the premature and inadvertent uploading of the article" but the actor and his family were not satisfied.

Gutierrez slammed Maglipon for apologizing “for the wrong reasons.” He pointed out that PEP should have cleared his name and admitted that the story was false.

Is the power couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie planning to adopt their next child from the Philippines?

Reportedly, the couple original plans was to adopt a child from Burma but it was rejected due to some regulations.

According to Daily Mail, Angelina, 33, took time off from the set of her latest film, Salt, to travel to Manila with the intention of adding to her rainbow family.

The Pitt-Jolie’s private plane landed at Ninoy Aquino International Airport last week, before returning to New York on Monday evening.

"Brad and Ange flew out together. They want to add to their family and tried to adopt from Burma but the authorities are very strict, so they decided to look at the Philippines," says a source.

Adding to this report, before the Lenten season their are rumored buzz about the couple and their children were allegedly booked at the Shangri-La Makati hotel and were headed for a three-day holiday at the Shangri-La Resort on Boracay island.

Officials from that establishment doesn't confirmed nor deny the report.

But if really indeed that Pitt-Jolie is looking for another one, what can I say "Kids! strike a pose and smiles".

He is a second generation werewolf in "Underworld" series, now Michael Sheen will now become the leader of the Volturi vampire coven, in the Twilight sequel "New Moon".

The casting news was confirmed by Summit Entertainment via Variety, "SE has added Sheen to the cast of "The Twilight Saga: New Moon," which began shooting last month in Vancouver.

Sheen will play as Aro, a character described by Director Chris Weitz as "on the surface, a very gracious and friendly vampire, but beneath that he is a tremendous threat."

If he is the leader of Italy’s Volturi, Dakota Fanning who will play the role of Jane will be one of his followers.

Madonna gave her reactions towards her failed adoption to 3-year-old Mercy James and her good cause meant a bigger picture to the Malawi people in the future.

US Weekly reports that Madonna emailed Malawi's Nation newspaper and said, "I want to provide Mercy with a home, a loving family environment and the best education and healthcare possible. And it's my hope that she, like David, will one day return to Malawi and help the people of their country."

"Though I have been advised that I cannot publicly discuss the pending appeal regarding my desire to adopt Mercy, I do want to say how much I appreciate the level of support that I have received from the people of Malawi and my friends around the world."

Malawi court didn't grant Madonna on the adoption that she seek due to residency requirement.

Former Power Rangers star Skylar Deleon was sentenced to death for murdering an Arizona couple in 2004.

Skylar Deleon and his then-wife, Jennifer Henderson was convicted of killing Thomas and Jackie Hawks by tying them to an anchor and throwing them overboard their yacht into the Pacific Ocean. The bodies of the victims were never found.

Skylar's wife Jennifer was sentenced was convicted in 2006 of murder and murder for financial gain and was sentenced to two terms of life in prison without parole.

Skylar was also convicted in the 2003 killing of Jon Jarvi, an Anaheim man he met on a work furlough program.

In his defense, his lawyer reiterates that Skylar's predisposed to violence was the result from the abused by his drug-dealing father who left him.

"It's a serious crime and there's no doubt it's very disappointing — I was heartbroken by it," Jackman said. "Obviously people are seeing an unfinished film. It's like a Ferrari without a paint job."

Directing this romantic movie is Maryo J. delos Reyes in which in his recent interview he said that this is the kind of movie that he wants to do and not for other considerations.

It seems that one of the students of Hogwarts is using magic stuff on and off screen.

19 year-old actor Jamie Waylett, who play Vincent Crabbe and the right-hand man to Draco Malfoy in all Harry Potter films was busted after Police found weeds on his possession and later on discovered a cannabis garden in his home.

According to TMZ, Jamie Waylett, the guy who played Vincent Crabb in all five Potter flicks, was arrested in London on Thursday after cops say they found 8 bags of weed in a car Jamie and another man were in.

Later that day, cops tell TMZ they raided Jamie's home -- where officials say cops found a bunch of plants "believed to be cannabis plants and equipment for the cultivation of plants."

British Sun reports that, “Both men have been bailed until July pending further inquiries and tests on the substances.”

The maximum jail term for cannabis production is 14 years. For possession, it is a five-year stretch.

With their public fight and split up, Samantha Ronson is not using the law just yet as an option to keep Lindsay Lohan away from her.

If Samantha's family are thinking protection and restraining order against LiLo but for Sam its the opposite.

According to Ronson's lawyer David Bass via PEOPLE, "Samantha has no plan to request a restraining order. There is no basis for one."

Charlotte Ronson described Lohan via OK!, "The restraining order is the best option. If she violates it, then she gets taken away. She does these things to get attention."

It will be a love affair to remember for the two.

Tisha was crowned Bb. Pilipinas-Universe in 1998, but resigned because of her Canadian citizenship and now she admits, “If you had asked me about how I felt about my whole experience in Binibining Pilipinas around nine years ago, I probably would have told you that it was a devastating experience having been dethroned and not having been able to fulfill my dream of going to Miss Universe.”

Tisha never imagine a life and career outside hometown of Mississauga but it all changes, “Here I am now ten years later, having been able to work as a television host, gain experience in brand marketing, travel the world for my job as a Business Development Manager, represent the Philippines and [win second place] in the Amazing Race Asia! How can I not look at my experience in Binibining Pilipinas now as being anything but positive? Without me having joined the pageant I never would have been able to experience all of this!”

Tisha having no future plans just yet and expect the unexpected!
“Right now, I’m taking some time off after having been working for the past seven years―enjoying this beautiful country, and spending quality time with friends.” “Future plans? Why plan? Everything in my life has been a totally unplanned, and so far it’s worked for me. It seemed whenever I would try to plan something before, something would always come up and get in the way. So expect the unexpected! Although, my main priority is to spend more time with my parents so that they can come to know the person that their daughter has become in the past ten years. I think they would find that I’ve changed a lot.”
