Madonna's adoption appeal hearing on May 4

Madonna will try to see some light on her attempt to adopt 3-year-old girl Chifundo "Mercy" James after a judge rejected Madonna's bid on April 3.

Chief Justice Lovemore Munlo of Malawi will lead a three-judge panel in an appeal case on May 4.

Supreme Court of Appeal spokesman Joseph Chigona said in a statement, "Since this involves an infant it will be heard in chambers. This is an important case; that's why the chief justice himself has taken special interest."

The judge will now balance between the required 18 to 24 months residency of an adoptive parents or the best education and healthcare that Madonna can offer to "Mercy" James.

Aside from the animatics of the upcoming "Transformers 2: Revenge Of The Fallen", the theme and audio scoring is now the hands of the band Linkin Park.

Mike Shinoda wrote and reveals on his blog that, "Linkin Park will be working on the score for Transformers 2: Revenge Of The Fallen.

Although I wasn't at liberty to say it before, the song I've been referencing here on mikeshinoda.com in the past few weeks...is actually being done for Michael Bay's new Transformers film, due out June 24th.

In addition--and probably ever cooler--we have been offered the unique opportunity to help score the film. The song we wrote is being used as one of the themes, and we will be writing various interpolations on that theme, and trying out some other thematic ideas as part of the (very large) team scoring the film."

He also added that their working with Hans Zimmer, award-winning film composer.

I was mostly laughing about it as i thought most of the people who follow me on twitter would too. A few of the other BA employees were just as surprised as i was. But it was their manager and for some reason i could not file a complaint there. They gave me a little card to fill out. But like i said it really isn't my style to cause a scene, so ultimately it would be up to me to complain, and i'm not going to file one. I will say I'm glad Nicole and Harlow weren't with me, then i really would have been embarrassed. At the end of the day it's as simple as not using the airline, not really worth me going on and on about beyond this. "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" premiere Cancelled Due to Swine Flu

It seems the healing capability of Wolverine that allows him to quickly recover cannot guarantee a safe premiere of "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" set for Wednesday in Mexico City.

Twentieth Century Fox has decided to postpone the premiere due to the wide spread and dangerous outbreak of swine flu virus.

The studio's rep. release a statement, "We were not only concerned about Hugh's welfare – and we would never send anyone into harm's way – but we also have an enormous office filled with people we care about. There was no point in proceeding under the current conditions."

The Mexican government has asked for residents to stay home if they have no immediate business concern outside their homes. Reportedly, 150 people are recorded killed with this virus outbreak and still growing.

In her recent interview, Lhuillier tells ET that "Heidi's lightweight, strapless, full-gown, feathery bridal ensemble cost $20,000 altogether, including the veil.

She said that Heidi came to her with the idea that she wanted an over-the-top look for her nuptials - pure fantasy. Heidi wanted a dress unlike any other that anyone had ever seen, so Lhuillier showed her eight dresses, and when Heidi saw her dress, she said, "This is it!"

ex-Nba star Jayson Williams was tasered; cops says he is "suicidal"

Former New Jersey Nets' star Jayson Williams got the taste of the taser after cops finds him acting "suicidal" and locked himself in his hotel room. After the cops secured Williams, he was brought to the St. Vincent's Hospital for evaluation.

According to Jayson's lawyer via TMZ that his client is not suicidal.

Joe Hayden tells us Jayson -- who is currently under evaluation at St. Vincent's Hospital -- "has no knowledge of a suicide attempt or being suicidal" and is at the medical facility for a "medical condition."

Hayden also said Jayson "has not been arrested."

Prescription drugs bottles were found by the Cops at the hotel. Williams is still under observation.

Casey Aldridge is now in stable condition after ejecting from his car with two others

Casey Aldridge - the father of Jamie Lynn Spears' daughter Maddie, is now recovering and in stable condition at at the University of Mississippi Medical Center after he was injured in a car accident Sunday morning in Louisiana. (April 27, 2009)

Reportedly, Casey lost control of his 2008 Ford F-250 pickup and he is with 4 other passengers.

The 19 year-old dad is now facing a misdemeanor charge for careless operation of a motor vehicle -single-car crash.

TMZ updates: "Louisiana State Troopers tell us three of the five people riding in Casey Aldridge's truck were ejected during the crash -- and Casey was one of them.

Two others who were ejected refused medical treatment at the scene."
